Alice’s classes feature a unique combination of breath work, flowing yoga sequences, self-massage, Myo-fascial release, and meditation techniques. Drawing inspiration from the natural elements, Breathe and Bloom integrates elemental themes throughout the year, aligned with the Chinese calendar.
