Reclaim balance with a wood-fired wild sauna, where the ancient tradition of heat therapy meets nature’s elements. Following the sauna, enjoy a loose leaf herbal tea, chosen for their detoxifying and soothing properties.

Accompanied by fresh, organic fruits that hydrate the body, this moment is designed for quiet reflection and replenishment. Weather dependent enjoy on a blanket beneath the wise yew trees over looking the sheep or in the sanctuary of the treatment room.
